Phyllis Craig is a retired, Certified Biofeedback Therapist and Stress Management Educator with clinical and teaching experience in nervous system regulation, biofeedback, and applied clinical nutrition.
She served as faculty at the College of DuPage, and at Kishwaukee Hospital from 1992–1995. She is a past president of the Biofeedback Society of Illinois.
Her work focused on breath regulation, autonomic nervous system training, and stress physiology education.
